How to receive service under warranty as an Authorized Dealer?


Thank you for carrying our line of Vector® lighters.  Please send your lighter(s) to:

  • Be sure to include your full address including your store name and account number. If you know your account number with Vector® KGM, please specify your account number to expedite the service.
  • There is no charge to service lighters from our dealers, regardless of whether you purchased Vector® lighters directly from KGM or from someone else. Returned lighters will be serviced and returned to you at no charge, but we can not reimburse you for postage or shipping charges you incurred in sending the lighters to Vector® KGM.
  • Be sure to insure your package for possible loss during transit.
  • Do not send the lighter(s) inside of its original packaging box (tin or paper box).   The original packaging box(s) will not be returned to you.
  • Wrap your lighter with a soft paper tissue or appropriate shipping bubble wrap so that the outer surface doesn’t scratch during transit.   The turn-around time to service and return your lighter is 2 weeks or less from the day we receive your lighters.
